Power Is a Rate, Not a Prize
You'll learnthat power is the rate of doing work, separate from the total energy delivered.
Two identical crates, one three-meter lift, two very different clocks. The energy bill comes out the same — watch the graphs reveal what actually changed.

Before you start
What you're looking at
Two identical 20 kg crates, each hauled straight up the same 3 m, one by a slow winch, one by a fast winch.
The question
Do the two lifts deliver the same energy, the same power, or both?
Watch for
Both lines climbing to the same finish, but at different steepness. Predict which quantity comes out equal.
What the symbols mean
The energy-vs-time chart plots joules against seconds; the slow winch and fast winch are labeled tags; slope is power.
