Walk the Loop, Count the Volts

You'll learnwhy a walk around any loop comes back to zero volts, and what a battery really reads at its terminals.

A 12 volt battery pushes one way around a loop; a 6 volt battery pushes back, and loses. Walk the loop once and watch the voltage climb and fall back to exactly zero. Twelve short steps; press Next for each one.

the walk sets the sign · a charging battery reads above its EMF
Before you start
What you're looking at
One loop with two batteries facing opposite ways, each with a little resistance of its own inside, and a resistor block between them.
The question
